CISL/ANOLF BRIANZA (IT)

CISL Brianza, which counts around 55 thousand members, promotes legal and labour protection of workers and it offers a system of services targeted to workers and their families which covers a wide range of domains/issues: a migrant ‘counter’ targeted to migrant workers, a specific service dedicated to socio-assistance and social security issues, a centre for tax/fiscal assistance, mobbing, conciliation between work and family, atypical employment, consumers’ rights.
In addition to its own specific activities, CISL Brianza takes part, along with other relevant actors, in institutional bodies and steering committees active at the local level in the field of the labour market and vocational education and training, sociomedical and welfare planning, conciliation between work and family, health and safety, local development.

Anolf Brianza – territorial branch of Anolf – was established in 2006. This association has the objective to promote integration processes targeted to migrant workers in order to favour the development of a more opened society, respectful of other people’s diversity and citizenship rights. The Association is active in the area through information and counselling actions and migrant workers are offered a variety of services supporting them in the fields of residence permit, family reunification, nationality request, Italian language tests, legal assistance. Anolf Brianza is member of a number of institutional committees in charge of welfare policies and it is co-operating with the local health system (ASL) and other territorial organisations in charge of migration issues.
