This research poster presents a comprehensive suite of high-throughput screening (HTS) and high-content screening (HCS) assays specifically adapted for nanomaterial toxicity assessment. The work showcases cutting-edge platforms including automated biochemical assays, super-resolution imaging (MINFLUX), and the world's first high-throughput biomechanical screening system (PAVONE) for evaluating neuro-nanotoxicity.
The integrated approach combines reactive oxygen species detection, phenotypic cell painting assays, and nanomaterial aggregation monitoring to provide multiparametric toxicity evaluation that is faster, cheaper, and more reliable than traditional mono-parametric methods.
